Mac CTI software ‘direct’ now for the Aastra OpenCom 100 family available Berlin, July 17, 2008 – the Mac telephony software direct from ilink supports now the telephone systems of the Aastra OpenCom 100 family. This connection was presented already 2008 stand as a prototype of the public at the CeBIT on the Aastra. direct allows even application integrations in FileMaker Pro, Microsoft Office, and Marketcircle Daylite CRM in addition to its basic functions, voice dialing and caller display. Technically, the connection is realized with the CSTA Protocol, which is available since recently for the OpenCom 100 family. The telephony software comes in a Mac-only environment without any Windows PC as a telephony server. The OpenCom 100 systems from Aastra cover the entire upper and middle market segment up to 200 participants.
