The decurrent problems of the generation of residues in any activity, will not be solved, only under optics of the physics, chemistry or biochemist, also will be decided under the mannering optics. To reevaluate concepts, to eliminate preconceptions and to change behaviors, are conditions important and necessary to plan, to implant, to operate and to monitor any technology to be adopted for the management of solid residues. The changes need to occur, therefore the importance of if establishing relations between administrative, urban, social, sanitary, educational the systems and politicians. The urban solid residues continue being a challenge for almost all the cities Brazilian, and mainly most populous. Of this form, we have of a side the necessity of an improvement technician and the infrastructure implementation; of another one, in the qualification and awareness of the population, co-responsible for the management of the city that we desire. Therefore, the garbage is a problem that must be decided, under the point of view sanitary, educative, social, aesthetic, ambient economic.

Under this optics, the ambient education appears as important instrument of formal and informal formation, promoting the construction of social values, knowledge, abilities and attitudes in the direction to sensetize the citizen and to become it responsible for the conservation of the environment. Knowing of this, it is possible the creation of action and literatures capable to offer today of form simple and detailed the differentiation of the ways, used for the treatment them solid residues, its implantation and its correct use. The ambient education if makes essential for being: A process of recognition of values and briefing of the concepts that lead to develop the abilities and the attitudes necessary to understand and to appreciate the Inter-relations between the human beings, its cultures and its half physicists. The ambient education also develops the practical one of the taking of decisions and for the autoformulaes of behaviors on the subjects related with quality of the environment.
